Elena's POV "You've been staring at that phone for ten minutes." She adjusted the collar of my blouse with a critical eye, stepping back to survey the outfit she'd insisted on helping me choose for tonight's dinner. "You're allowed to be nervous about this, you know. First real date as the internet's most talked-about couple. That's a lot of pressure for anyone." "It's not a date. It's dinner with investors." "Same thing, with worse conversation." Mia grinned, though something in her expression softened when I didn't manage to smile back.
