16 ASHER All I had in the house that I could fix quick was a Mrs. Calendar’s microwave dinner, so I heated that up quickly. The other guys had made themselves at home, relaxing on the couch, watching TV and drinking beers. I'd put a shopping list together soon. I had to go pick up crutches for Jesse, too. Even if it was only going to be two weeks before the cast came off, that would be a long two weeks if he didn't have any way of getting up and around.
