Kay stood still, unsure of what was happening. With how softly Michael was talking, how close they were standing, and how their hands touched—let's not even mention the fact that Kay was shirtless—it really seemed like they were about to share a kiss; but after Michael had smiled at him, he let go of his hand and sat back down on the toilet seat cover. “Hurry up and put on some clothes,” he said. “Lover boy outside might think something has gone weird with you.” Still a bit stunned—and, as much he hated to admit it, disappointed—Kay blinked a few times, realized what Michael was saying, then got to it. He out on Leo's hoodie, which was only one size bigger, then neatly folded his ruined shirt. He cast a glance at Michael, who was still sitting on the cover, then went out of the bathroom.
