Chapter 6: Michael - Daydreaming

1440 Words
Somehow Allyson and I went from lying on our right sides to me on my back with her left arm and leg over me in my bed. I try to remember how we got in this position. Must have been when she got up in the night to use the bathroom. I carefully extract my body from under hers. I know if I shift a certain way she will feel my erection and I know she will blush. God, why is she so damn cute when she blushes?  I watch her for a moment. She's so beautiful. Her dark hair frames the side of her face, her lips are slightly parted, and she moans softly in her sleep. I could look at her all day if she'd let me, but my stomach decides to growl. I tiptoe out of my own room so I don't disturb the young woman who spent her night in my bed. I decide to dazzle her with my wonderful cooking skills so I make scrambled eggs and toast. I hear her stumble around my bedroom as I am pouring orange juice. I set my small bistro-style table with breakfast. "Eat, sweetheart," I say to her. "And good morning, beautiful. I love what you've done with your hair." She touches her hair as I say this. She giggles because she knows by feel just how much is standing up. We eat in silence for a while. She asks what my plans are for the day. It's Saturday so it's my gym day and Sunday is family day. At first, she looks lost; almost as though she doesn't want to be alone for the weekend. I have a sudden thought to invite her to Sunday dinner with my parents and grandparents. She excuses herself to use the bathroom. I shoot a quick text to my mom inviting Allyson on Sunday. I put my phone away the moment she returns. I know I am grinning like the devil when she sees me. I tell her she will only be alone for the day and tomorrow she is meeting my whole family. She has a sudden look of trepidation, but smiles warmly and tells me that she would love to. I don't know why this makes me happy. My phone vibrates in my pocket so I check it. It's my mom telling me she'll be by to pick me up in ten minutes. I tell Allyson I need to grab a quick shower because my mom will be picking me up soon. She asks to use my phone. I hand it to her and head off to my shower after giving her a quick kiss on the cheek. I can hear her talking to someone while I shower, but it's muffled by the water. Once I am clean, I go back to join her. I pull her into my arms. "I can't help but worry what you're going to do today." "I called the nurse from the ER," she says, showing me a business card. "She said if I wanted to get away for a day or for good to call her. I think some time away from my i***t brother will do me some good." I kiss her deeply. I can hear my mom's car pull in. I drag her down to my mom's waiting car. I already gave my mom a head's up about her arm so she won't ask. I introduce them. We don't chat much longer. My mom says she has an appointment after she drops me off. I don't overexert myself at the gym. Well, I try not to. I do some light cardio because my heart won't act right if it's too strenuous. I always do some yoga poses and some on the weight bench. I'm pretty tall and muscular, but not overly so. I guess some would call my body toned. I should be doing something, but I am just lying on the weight bench. I can't get Allyson's blue eyes out of my head. She carries a deep sadness in them. I am starting to see a little happiness in them, too. I feel like I brought the happiness. I know three days of knowing someone is too soon to be falling in love, but maybe that's what I am feeling. I start to picture her as she slept this morning with her lips slightly parted. Maybe it's just lust. I imagine those soft lips wrapped around my c**k and I feel the familiar tightness that precedes an erection. I feel exposed right there on the weight bench. I head off into the locker room and change into my regular clothes. My mom is in the parking lot when I get back outside. She has to stop at the pharmacy before she takes me home. I ask her if we can fill Allyson's prescriptions. She looks at me knowingly before agreeing. I tell her that Allyson doesn't know I took them. My mom and I split off at the pharmacy. She browses while I fill the prescriptions. I'm asked who Allyson Johnson is to me. "She's my girlfriend," I say. The pharmacist smiles and congratulates me on getting a girlfriend. He's nice and has filled all my medications since I was five. He explains them to me so I can explain them to Allyson. My mom pays for everything and we leave. "Girlfriend, you said?" "Mom, do we have to?" "Is she or isn't she?" "I want her to be," I say and my mom drops the topic. My mom always understands me. She knows when to press and when to be quiet. In turn, I am open and honest with my mom at my own pace. Allyson's brother is at my door when we get back. He quietly demands to know where his sister is. I don't think he wants to yell at me in front of my mom. I tell him that I don't know as I just got home. He's trying to intimidate me, but I am taller than he is by four inches. I brush past him and go inside. I can hear him stomping back down the stairs and he slams the apartment door. He's seething. I hear glass breaking and he's yelling at no one. I go sit in my bedroom so I can no longer hear him. I guess I was tired because I doze off across my bed. My blanket still smells like Allyson. So I dream of having s*x with her in many different places and positions. I dream of the future. I am woken by a soft knock on the door some time later. I groggily answer the door to see my Allyson. "Babe, what's up? What time is it?" "It's around seven, I think." s**t, I've been asleep for six hours. "Um, I need to ask you something." "Sure," I am starting to wake up a bit more. "Have you seen prescriptions? I had them in my pocket when we were watching Netflix, but now I can't find them." This snaps my brain awake. "Of course. I filled them today while I was out." She gives me a quick peck on the lips after she thanks me. She hands me a take-out container and my stomach growls. I take her to my table and we talk about our days. She brought me some vegetarian dish from wherever she went today. It's delicious. "How on earth did you know I would appreciate a vegetarian dish?" She rolls her eyes at me. "You ordered a fish sandwich at McDonald's and veggie pizza. How could I not know?" "So you caught that," I laugh. "Now, I've got a question for you." "Shoot," she says, looking nervous. "Why don't you have a cell phone?" "I never got one. My brother is older by three years so my parents catered to him all the time. I was an accident. My mom tried and failed to abort me. I have a tumor at the base of my spine from where it was botched. They can't remove it without severing my spinal cord. It causes numbness in my legs from time to time. I can't stand up too long. That's why the landlord lets me open the store from ten to three with breaks whenever I need." "We'll get you one tomorrow," I say without thinking about it too hard. "But now, you should get some rest, babe. Big day tomorrow," I wink at her. She blushes and that makes me happy. She gives me another quick peck on the lips before heading to her own apartment.
