"Yay!" Ethan pumped both fists in his air and screamed joy, his excitement increasing the closer they got to the rink with their rented skating shoes in their hands.
"This is a terrible idea." Lucas grumbled underneath his breath earning a look and a chuckle from Sophia.
"You'll be fine." She tried to comfort him even though they all knew that statement was far from the truth. Lucas didn't know how to skate but the kids suggested to Sophia that she coaxes him to because one, it will be fun, and two, it might actually push him to learn..
