It was a site sign that they were asleep. After she had agreed to play their mom for their weekend hangout, they had become clingy. They wanted her to read the bedtime story instead of their dad. Sophia brushed hair away away from Mikel's forehead looking at him tenderly. They really wanted a mother. They were nice enough not yell it at their father's face. Good kids. Small but intelligent. Sophia left the room as noiselessly asnshe coukdz tiptoeing until she got to the bottom of the stairs. Sophia could hear the dishes and when she walked into the kitchen Lucas was doing the dishes. The tables were already cleared.
