32The one thing London had was food. Real food, not those chemically enhanced protein meals they hand out on ration day. London catered for everything and everything was good. Any major building in the city was flanked by an array of eateries and the hospital was no different. Where there was sickness, there were visitors and appetites were always for sale. Rachel couldn't hide her excitement as they walked out of the hospital. They passed each restaurant and she breathed in deeply, savouring the smells.
