CHAPTER 7: Beyond The veil

# 7. Chapter Seven:

She had just gotten home from the office when the rain started that night but she could hear a sound from the rain. She rushed out without thinking and found a baby at the back of the apartment she stayed. She took the baby in and gave her a warm bath, fed her with a milk and wrapped her rocking her to sleep.

She took the baby to the police station the next day and made a statement, the police investigated and found out that the child's mother died after birth while her father was nowhere to be found and the only surviving relative of the little girl was her aged grandmother. She adopted the baby after necessary talks and employed a nurse to take care of the baby.

Jasmine explained her ordeal in Ansalia to her parents and they supported her idea of taking care of children who are in need, they even suggested building a big house for the kids and also bought two percent shares for them at The Elrads Enterprise

A one percent shareholder at TEE is a mini- millionaire let alone having two percent shares. This is the reason why every family always take advantage of opportunities to want to do business with them which is always rarely achieved.

The children are well taken care of even the pediatricians and all other workers are also well pampered to do their job.

She was a philanthropist a such young age and her family were very proud of her.

"Auntie I am hungry" Sonia cried after waking up from sleep.

"Auntie I want this I want that" was all Jasmine heard for the entire day before going home the next day.

" I have a plan Ivy " I called my cousin the next day. "Come over let's talk" I said excited about my plans.

"Wait you want to travel far to the Atlantic ocean , what about the kids and you think uncle will not find you? Seems like a good idea but it's risky" Ivana commented

"Let's go shopping, I already booked a flight with a new identity at a private airport" I assured

We went to shopping at so many places and finally decided to carry out the plan at the beach. A lot of people were at the beach so it was easy to get away from the security guards father asked to follow me . We sneaked into one of the rooms at the resort close to the beach and dressed like men and made our way to the airport.

We had successfully board a plane and just about five minutes to go when

"Jas and Ivy come down immediately" I heard my father say and turned to look at Ivy who was already asleep.

"Your uncle is a witch, how did he know about my plans" I wispered to Ivana.

We obediently came down after my father threatened to shut down the airport. I didn't want anyone to get involve in what they know nothing about.

Sir Elrad kept quiet throughout the ride home. He knew she will try to run so he contacted all the private airline owners to check the names of passengers boarding the plane.
