  Epilogue Taggart was on fire. All Rory could do was watch him in awe from behind the DM screen as he blew on his dice for the next roll. Taggart was playing a druid who was the last up to fight an Ice Golem, one of the early bosses he’d decided to put in the campaign. The rest of the crew from the apartment DnD group had already tried their minor magic on the beast—but now it was all up to Taggart. Luckily, he seemed to be utterly on fire. His first roll had demolished most of the hit points of the creature. He only had to get another three points, and Rory’s monster would be down for the count. Still, he let Taggart and the rest of the team think this was a more dramatic battle than it really was. The game was so much more fun this way. After the wave of tension from Rory’s defense
