He wanted to play dumb to Joseph’s question, especially as Joseph used his looming height to his advantage at that moment. He raised his brows as Taggart met his gaze. Taggart opened and closed his mouth several times before he gestured back to the front door of their shared townhouse. “I think I forgot something.” “Okay, cool. We got time.
