The way that he was getting so worked up from just seeing how she was sitting on his chair without his permission and refusing to get out of the office was very much enraging to him, and that is not what he wanted. He was working very hard on trying to pretend that she does not exist and this was not going to help it.
And that is exactly why he made the firm decision to go and get his frustrations out in the one place he knew never failed. As much as it did not work perfectly, it was the best way for him to get his frustrations out. He had to get Villaine.
