A disclaimer: This is a work of fiction. Unless otherwise indicated, all the names, characters, businesses, places, events and incidents in this book are either the product of the author's imagination or used in a fictitious manner. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, or actual events is purely coincidental. Writing is a skilled trade, which requires a lot of experience. If you ask any successful or upcoming author for tips to create a great book, they’ll all provide different advice, for it is a gray area. Each writer approaches this craft differently and has their own way and writing style. And as we know, not every person is the same. However, there is one thing that most writers agree on, and that is becoming a better reader. It doesn’t matter what you read, whether it’s books, magazines, blogs, comics, or newspapers. Just read. Only by reading that an author can learn the art of this craft. The next tip that most authors coincide on is socializing. Only by meeting people, interacting with them, listening to what they have to say that you learn to be more descriptive and expressive. And then write, and write again, and write some more. Practice, try different styles, find your preferred way into creativity. Never give up. And know this, no one is perfect. These were all tips Michaela followed, writing short stories on her blog, getting some traction and following. She couldn’t believe that something she started as a hobby would become later her chosen career. But once you become successful, you get accustomed to fame, obsessed with the number of followers, succumbing to temptations.
