Tabi believed that his friend won't keep up the game he's getting Tabi and Sandy to play. Tabi knew for a fact that Gio loves Sandy, and that he has never felt the same way with any other woman. That is enough for Gio to end his little game. He's allowed to get mad but Tabi believed it won't be for long. No one got under Gio's skin like Sandy Park did.
And if Gio keeps up with his drama, Tabi is ready to lend Sandy hand. It's the most he could do. After all, Gio has involved him into this mess even without Tabi's permission. He's partly responsible even if it was unintentional. The last thing he wants is to prolong Sandy's suffering.
