"Does Gio know?"
Sandy sniffed and nodded.
"I told him right away. He came very late, and we ended arguing."
"But he doesn't want to take responsibility," Bommi stated, waiting for Sandy's confirmation.
"Yes. He believes I cheated on him. He said it's Tabi's."
Sandy broke into a wracking sob. Bommi was left with no choice but to gather Sandy into a hug, whispering consoling words to her.
"Why would he think you cheated on him?" Bommi asked, confusion coloring her voice.
"He said he's infertile. It's impossible to sire a child."
Bommi snorted.
"And here I thought he's a smart guy. There must be something wrong with his head then. If he's in doubt, it's too easy to get himself tested again to confirm. Did it ever occur to him that maybe his past results got switched or something? B
