“Yes love. I will pick them up for you on my way home.” I told Lottie, as I walked out of our home. Thankfully, Parker needs mine and Reed’s help again with some repairs within the pack. Reed is already waiting for me outside. I can tell from his expression that he’s feeling as defeated as I am. “What’s she asked for today?” he asks me. “Peanut butter and pickles.” He laughs. “Think Caren beats her today. Boiled eggs and horseradish?”
“That sounds disgusting.” I told him. It’s become a bit of a competition over the last few months. Caren and Lottie’s food cravings are all over the place. No two days are the same. We both struggle to keep up. But I can’t let Lottie get stressed out. She’s pregnant with my twin sons.
