I have been so upset since I woke up. The emotional pain is worse than the physical. “Have I not been through enough?” I asked my mates. “How will you ever love me if Alexis has died?” I asked Dawson. “We love you for the woman you are. The mate bond just brought us together.” Nathan tells me. He is trying to soothe me. I know he is telling the truth. But my emotions are all over the place and I'm not thinking straight. “She has been a part of me for so long. I can’t imagine what life would be like without her. She didn’t deserve to die.” I told them.
“We love you too,” Max tells me. I gave both my boys a small smile. “I know you do.”
I know both Nathan and Dawson hate seeing me like this. Just like I would hate seeing either of them like this.
