AURA’S POV
My eyes opened up to complete darkness. Something that I haven’t experienced in a while.
My eyes adjusted to the darkness, seeing bits and pieces of this cell stoned room I was in.
It reminded me of Bane’s dungeon in his castle.
“Amethyst.” I called out to my wolf
I could barely feel her, but what I did feel of her told me that she was very weak. Even my babies heartbeats were weaker than before, as if something was blocking our connection to each other.
“Need..to..save..energy..for..pups..”
Her voice was shaky and feeble, worrying me.
“Don’t worry about me.. I am okay..”
She tried to reassure me, but I didn’t believe her one bit.
I hugged myself and comforted the both of us as all the memories of the past came flooding back.
