I open my eyes to bright lights, making me close them until my eyes adjusts to the light.
Goddess I felt amazing, like I was walking on clouds.
I opened my eyes, not recognizing the room i was in.
I sat up, looking around and noticed that I was in a hospital room.
Bane rushed to my side from the chair he was sitting at in the corner of the room. He wrapped his arms around me, practically tackling me in the hospital bed.
I chuckled out slightly at his eagerness.
But the more I regained consciousness, all of his feelings came crashing down on top of me and it didn’t seem funny at all.
He cried out into the crook of my neck, making me pull him on top of me in bed.
“I thought I lost you.”
What does he mean he thought he lost me? I was just sleeping.
