In the silent tent, I stood frozen in front of Migumi, my whole body stiffened and lost in thought. Her sweet scent filled the air, and the neutral chirping of the crickets created a pleasant background noise for us.
My heart skipped a beat as I felt her warm lips moving on mine. I looked at her with dilated pupils, surprised by her unexpected initiation.
This was so unlike her, but I’ll be a hypocrite if I tell you that I don't like this. I have always wanted to kiss her like this the first time I saw her running alone in that dark forest.
