SPONGEBOB AND HOT CHOCOLATE..

MIA'S POV

The school soon got over and I made my way back to the house after bidding goodbyes to my friends.

Opening the front door I went in and walked up to my room and fell on my bed.

The house is really quiet without my brother and Krissy.

Not liking the silence I decided on going for a jog.

I quickly got changed into my black sports leggings and a peach no.2 jersey and went to the nearest local park.

The day was beautiful. Sun shining slightly, cool breeze blowing. The sound of leaves rustling and the laughter of small kids running here and there. I love kids and someday I want a little army of my own.

I started jogging with earphones in my ears 7 years by Lukas graham blasting off.

An hour or so went by like this and I realized it was near 7 and the sun had already set.

I looked around and almost the whole park was empty now except 2 or 3 couples and a kid with a dog crying.

Wait what?

A wave of concern and worry hit me as I went to the boy crying.

"Hey, little guy. What happened?" I asked kneeling down to reach his level.

"My... my father... he brought me here but then left when we were playing." he said sobbing.

What kind of father leaves his son alone in the park!!

"Hey don't cry," I said trying to comfort him as I hugged him.

And soon his sobs stopped.

"I am mia. What your name handsome?" I asked.

He gave me cheeky smile. "My name is Will and this is maxwell," He said pointing to a cute white dog.

"It's really nice to meet you will and you too maxwell," I said shuffling maxwell's hair while he jumped on my lap and licked me.

"He likes you" Will giggle and I just smiled.

"Do you remember your father's phone no.?"

He shook his head.

"Anyone's phone no.?" I asked him again. I can't leave the poor boy alone at this time.

"My big brother's"

Awesome.

"Ok so how about we got to my house and drink some yummy hot chocolate while I call your brother to come pick you up." At the mention of hot chocolate his eyes lit up like a Christmas tree and a laugh escaped my mouth.

This kid was way too adorable!

I took him and maxwell to the house and made some hot chocolate while they both watched tv in the living room."

"Here's the hot chocolate handsome" I passed the mug to Will and gave maxwell some dog treats which I have no idea how were in my house considering I don't even have a dog!

"Thank you, mia. Your house is so big and pwetty," he said in his cute voice.

"How about you tell me your brother's no. And I call him here." I said.

He nodded and gave me the no. then resumed back to drinking chocolate.

ring..

ring..

ri...

"hello?"

"Hi is this Will's brother," I asked.

"Umm yes?"

I could hear some shuffling and some screaming behind the line.

"Yea so I found him and maxwell alone at the park crying . He said his father just left them there so I took him home and decided to call you to pick him up." I said in a polite voice.

"f**k that son of a..." he stopped as he realized I was still on the line.

"Thank you so much for taking care of him. Just text me your address and I'll be there in 10-15 mins max"

I gave him the address and hung up.

"He's coming," I told will as he sat on the couch stuffing his face with a chocolate muffin that I bought him.

I sat there along with him and together we watched Spongebob square pants.

YOU ARE NEVER TOO OLD FOR SPONGEBOB!! AND HOT CHOCOLATE TOO!!

We were halfway through the episode when the doorbell rang.

"That must be your brother." I told him and got up to answer the door.

I opened the door and what I saw made a gasp leave my mouth...
