Chapter two

Alissa's pov:
I woke up by the sound of birds chirping. I opened my eyes and the rays of sunlight hit me. My window was open I sleep by keeping the window open. I got down from my bed and starded doing my morning chores. Then I came downstairs and greeted Aunt melissa who was making breakfast for us. She is working for us since I was small so I call her aunt. She is always nice to me and I like her. She asked me to sit on the dining table and told me she would bring my food but I insisted on helping her. She makes all the food for us so tha least I can do is help her putting the dishes on the table. I brought the food to our table then my dad came downstairs. " My sunshine, good morning" he greeted me and pecked me on my cheek. " Goodmorning dada how did you sleep last night?" I asked him.
His health is not good now a days we do to check up every month. His bp gets too high and I'm really worried about him. " it was good sunshine, you don't worry about me". I smiled at him and asked aunt Melissa to aslo join us for the breakfast. We all had our breakfast, suddenly dad said " Melissa my childhood friend Jason Smith is coming today to meet us. So please make something special for dinner tonight". " Alright I will take care of it you don't worry" Aunt said. "Dad why didn't you tell me before?" I asked him. He smiled and said " he informed me this morning only. He is my childhood friend. We were really close those days. You know his son Is really successful.I am really happy for them". " Okay dada, I have to go to ngo today so I'll come by dinner time and will meet Mr Lucas too." I said and went back to my room and changed into my black jeans and beige pink top. I applied my pink lip gloss and some mascara and let my hair open. I'm 5.6 with fair complexion and brunette hair reaching a little lower my shoulder. I grabbed my car keys, hand bag and went out. I started driving to Ngo. Traffic was too much today.
When I was almost one mile alway from my destination I saw an old lady who was at the other side of the road. I sensed that she was having problem in crossing the road. So I parked my car at the side and went out of my car. I helped that lady to carry her stuff and made her cross the road. She blessed me and then I went back to my car and started driving to Ngo. I played with the children and helped people with their work. My dad also fund money to many NGOs.
It was seven pm so I said my bye to everyone and left for home. I rang the bell of my house so our house helper came and opened the door for me. I greeted her and went inside. When I went to tge living room I saw a man of my dad's age sitting there. Suddenly I remembered that my dad's friend was suppose to come today so I predicted that it must be him. I them greeted him. My dad came by my side and introduced me to Mr Jason. " Ohh Alissa my child! You have grown up I wasn't able to recognize you. You must not remember me but I used to come to your house when you were little". I smiled and talked to him for a bit. He asked me about my studies and hobbies.He also asked me to call me uncle. We then had our dinner together and then uncle left. I bid my goodnight to dada and went to my room.
I was really tired from todays activity and was about to sleep but my friend Cristi called me. I picked up and she greeted me " hey girl. How are you doing?". "I'm fine. Went Ngo today and I'm really tired so was about to sleep. What's up? " asked her. " I was thinking about us going to a movie tomorrow what say? " she said. " Sounds cool I'll come. Anyways how's jack doing? " Jack is her boyfriend. They have been dating since high school. He is a really nice guy and always keeps Cristi happy." Jack is good he is on a business trip. Will come on next week". "Okay then we will meet tomorrow afternoon you text me tha address". "Okay babe, goodnight bye" she told me and hung up. I kept my phone on charging and went into my deep slumber.
Zayn's pov:
I am sitting in my office cabin right now but my mind was wondering over a girl whom I saw today morning while coming to office. I was sitting on my car and was on my way to office. My butler mr steal was driving it. It was really bad traffic today. It was red signal so car was stopped. Suddenly I was a girl. She was helping an old lady in crossing the street. That girl was young. I was awestruck by seeing her beauty. She had really nice figure with curves at right places. She had really pretty face with big doe like eyes and little plump lips. I saw her going back to her after helping that lady. I signal went green and we left.
I don't know why I am thinking about her. She was really simole and natural but I shouldn't be thinking about her. All girls are same. My chain of thoughts broke by the sound of a nock on my door. Then my pa Raul came in and told me that the clients have arrived. I went to meeting room greeted the client and started the meeting. The meeting went good we got a big project.
It was getting late and I was done with my work so I left for home. I came home and went to get to change my clothes and have a shower. After that my servant asked me to come for breakfast. So I came down and saw myself family already seated for dinner. I greeted them and stared my dinner. Suddenly my dad said " Zayn you know today I went to my childhood friend Lucas. I don't know if you remember him or not but he came to our house many times when you were small". " Okay dad that's nice" I told him and continued with my food. Then again my mom interupted " Zayn actually Lucas has a daughter. Your dad met her today and he said that she is really beautiful and nice girl. I also know her, I saw her many times when she was small." " We would really like if you see her. We want you to marry her." I was shocked " what mom? Marry? I told you many times that I don't want to marry. Still you keep searching bride for me. And is arranged marriage really a thing? This doesn't happen now a day." My mom got angry on me and said " You don't date anyone nor you're planning on searching for a life partner. I'm fed up of your kne night stands. This will ruin your image. I really want to see you happy son and I know Alissa is a nice girl olease try once." My mom said and her face fell she became really sad. I felt bad for making her sad. " Brother please listen to mom you are of age and everyone knows you don't date. You should really think about it. I saw Alissa's picture on Social media she is really pretty." " Now you also started? I will not marry anyone and it's final." I said. " Shut up! I'm your dad and you have to listen to me. You made my wife sad. Do you know how much she is worried because of you?" " Son you know how much proud we are because your hard work. We really care for you that's why we are asking you to get settled and I know Alissa is the perfect match for you. Do it for our sake. Don't you want your parents to die peacefully knowing that someone is there to take care of you? " I seriously don't want to marry but I love my family and don't want to see them sad " Okay dad do whatever you want". I said and their face brightend with happiness. My mom said " I knew my son would listen to me" she said and kissed my forehead. My dad said " Okay I'll ask Lucas about it and I'm sure he will agree to it. I am really happy son. You took the right decision" My dad smiled at me. I agreed to it for their sake but I still don't want to marry. I got frustrated and went back to my room.
I lifted a sigaret and started smoking. I don't know what I'm going to do. But I'll make sure to make sure to make the girl's life hell. She will not have a husband like she expected. I'm sure she is also a gold digger. Everyone is same.
