My devil husband

Chapter six

Alissa's pov:

Right now I'm sitting inside his car with him by my side even though there is a lot of space between us. My eyes are puffed from all the crying I did. I'm feeling really sad for leaving my dad's house. I don't know what future will show me. Zayn clearly told me that he doesn't want me but still I marrried him. Will I ever be happy? Thinking about all these things a lone tear escaped from my eyes. He passed me a handkerchief and said "don't cry, take this". I thanked him, took the handkerchief, wipped my tears and kept looking out of the window. I could sense him looking at me from time to time. Is he really worried about me? I shook my thoughts, I know this will never happen, maybe he is thinking that I'm looking like a clown right now because of my puffed eyes. Who knows, anywho I was really tired so closed my eyes and kept my head on the back seat.

After few moments, I felt someone tapping on my hand. I quickly opened my eyes and saw Zayn. He said "we have arrived, let's go". 

                             We got down from the car and he started walking before me so I followed him. It was really difficult to keep up with his pace. We were near the entrance and I could see how beautiful the place was. It was really big and marvelous mansion. It had it's own vintage vibes along with a modern touch. There was a big fountain at the middle and the whole front was beautifully decorated with many trees and plants. 

             We went inside the mansion and were welcomed by mom and Lily. She asked me to call her mom. She is really nice to me and I like calling her mom. When mom and Lily were talking to me, Zayn left that place and went to a room upstairs. Mom could see that I was exhausted so she asked me to go to Zayn's room as it was already night time. She guided me to his room and left.

I knocked on the door but couldn't find any response. I saw that door was unlocked, so I went inside. The room was really big and well furnished with a king sized bed at the middle. I saw two more doors inside the room. So I predicted that must be his bathroom and closet. I sat on the bed and was looking all around the room.

                                Then I heard the sound of a door opening and saw him coming out of the door. His hair was wet and he looked freshly showered. He was wearing his casual trousers and T-shirt but looked handsome as ever. I adverted my gaze away from when he looked at my side.

He took his laptop and sat on the sofa. I didn't know where my clothes were so couldn't change. Then I heard him clearing his throat so I looked at him. He said "your clothes are in the closet room, you can go freshen up". I thanked him and went to the closet. I saw my suitcase there. So, I took my night dress and went inside the bathroom. 

                             I took a warm, refreshing shower and came outside. I saw him looking at me for a moment, then again started doing something on his laptop. I sat on the bed and started scrolling through my phone. My eyes started feeling heavy. After few mins I saw him coming towards the bed. He took a pillow and went back to the sofa. He was going to sleep there. I asked him "you don't have to sleep on the sofa. I will sleep there". He replied " It's fine I'm alright here". I sighed and closed my eyes and sleep took over me.

Zayn's pov:

I was continuously shifting on my sofa. Sleep was nowhere near me. The sofa was really uncomfortable and I regretted my decision instantly. I should have agreed to sleep on the bed and if she had any problem I could have asked her to sleep here.

On the other hand I saw her sleeping peacefully. I got down from the sofa and went near her. She was looking like an angle while sleeping. I kept staring at her face. All of a sudden she opened her eyes and saw me standing there. She got shocked and confused. She quickly set back then I asked her "umm if you don't mind can I sleep here? The sofa is really uncomfortable". She replied "okay sure you can. It's your bed anyways". 

                                I went to the side of the bed. Her back was facing me and again slept. I don't know why but I was having the urge to hug her. I am really attracted towards her. I have had many women in my life but nobody is like her. Last time I got feelings for a women was Mia and it left me devastated. With lots of difficulty I managed myself but I won't be able to do that again. I thought that I should not let her beauty fool me. Maybe she is hiding her inner demons under her pretty face. I reminded myself that she us also like others and slept.

Alissa's pov:

This morning I woke up in an unknown surrounding. I got really scared at first but then remembered that I married yesterday.I saw the bed was empty besides me but I remember him sleeping here last night. I scanned the whole room but didn't find a single sign of him. I saw the clock on the bed table and it showed 10 pm. I got really worried and quickly got down and went to the bathroom to get ready. I quickly got ready and went downstairs. I can't believe I overslept on my first day here, I must have a bad impression on my in-laws. He could have woke me up but hr didn't. 

    I saw mom and dad sitting in the lounge area. I went near and greeted them. I apologized to mom for waking up late "I'm sorry mom, I forgot to set alarm and overslept" she said it's alright and told me not to worry about anything. She is really loving. I asked her about others so she informed me that Zayn left for his work and lily went to college. 

                                             I was really bored the whole say. Mom didn't let me do anything. I talked to mom and dad for sometime then came back to my room. I even insisted mom to let me make dinner for everyone but she didn't agree saying that we have cooks for that and she wants to rest. I talked to my dad and Cristi for sometime then again boredom struck me.

In the evening Lily came back and we chatted about all the random stuff. She is really close to me now. She also told me about her crush Alex. She has a huge crush on Zayn's friend Alex. No one knows about it accept me and some of her friends. I also met alex on my wedding day. He was really friendly and cheerful person. She left after chatting for few more mins.

I went to talk to mom and she informed me that me and Zayn are moving to London this week as he has his new branch there and wants to look after it till everything gets settled. I knew we were moving to London after marriage but didn't know this soon.
