19. Respect for him

It had been three months since I joined this job.Work had been hectic each passing day,our boss wanted to dedicate this cruise to his family on his parents anniversary. The cruise was already well furnished and spectacular.But our boss wanted alterations and designs with Indian touch.Well,talking about my boss I have to say that I didn't meet him often.I had met him only few times that to regarding designs,he didn't mention anything about that coffee shop encounter,he treats me like an employee and I am glad for that.It would be Prem sir who meets him often and finalizing the designs.I am happy that most of my designs had been selected, he informed Prem sir that my designs are really good and innovative.

On that day when I met Yadav I told him all about my encounter with his brother,I thought he would get mad at me but that i***t just laughed aloud seeking few people attention in that coffee shop.He laughed at my outburst and comments regarding his brother.He should be the one to get mad at me for scolding his brother but i***t just laughed it out.

Other than my new office and new friends nothing had changed.Though I smile with everyone my heart is till in sorrow for my parents.Who wouldn't miss their parents when you fulfill their dreams?I am not any exception.They taught me to be strong and face the problems but they didn't teach me how to face their loss?Still for their words and love I am trying and trying.

My thoughts were broken by the ping sound of my mobile.A smile formed on my lips by reading the message. Yadav had texted me to meet him at parking lot.Oh my god! this boy is never going to get tired,he and his craziness for Panipuri(an Indian snack),most often he drags me to the end of the street to taste his panipuri after office hours.After our little friends time he would return back to office and continues his work until his brother is done.Actually my friend is not workaholic but my boss is,so he stays there with him to drag him to house earlier as per his mother's order.

Today,I have to meet my boss to finalize the designs for ballroom of the cruise. Prem sir had gone to re-check the cruise for any mistakes in designs of actual piece.He had informed me to finalize the design for ballroom with the boss.

I knocked the door to hear a 'come in' and as I entered I was greeted by familiar scent and the person whom I hated the most at my first meet but started to respect him after knowing his ability,hard work and confidence.He is sure to keep his employees comfortable and provides many facilities to them,he had helped many of his employees families personally like hospital treatment, college admissions and many more.Though I could not agree less like other employees that he is arrogant.When these qualities are listed his arrogance comes to the last line of my list.Every human has their flaws,Yadav had told me that his brother was not like this before being CEO.He was sweet and funny.His experience in business made him to create a wall around him.Still he said that, the old Uday would peep out sometimes when he spends a quality time with his family.

"Miss Aadhira! are you going to stand there like that the whole day or your are getting in?If you had come here just to stand and waste your time.Then let me inform you I am not paying you to waste your time here."I came out of my thoughts.This i***t is really .....arrgh. Anyway the fault is mine I should not have zoomed out.

"Sorry sir! I had come here to show you the designs for ballroom.Every designs are finalized except this one.And we had designed as per your wish.We had given the combination of modern and traditional Indian touch."I told him and showed him the paper designs.He nodded and checked every designs keenly.

"I had already sent you the model of every designs to your mail"I told him observing his each and every movements.

"Yeah I had viewed it already"he said without moving his eyes away from the paper.

"I think this will be perfect "he showed me the design.My eyes widened in happiness, he had chosen the design which I drew with at most care and after several researches.I loved my hard work when I completed this design.My heart danced in joy for my victory.My design had once again been recognized.

"Yes sir.Then shall we take this as final"I asked him hiding my smile.

"yeah!This is final"he nodded his head by keeping it separately from other designs.

"ok sir! then I will...."I was not able to complete my sentence somebody entered the room suddenly.
