After breakfast I went up to my room to take a quick shower before we had to leave. We were meeting in the front lobby at ten to eleven. I had about 30 minutes.
While I was in the shower, I decided to try and mess with the water on purpose. I remember scanning the chapter about beginning to control the elements, and decided to test out what I’d learned. I tried to clear my mind and focus on controlling the water. I began to move my hands around in an attempt to control the manipulation. I could only get it to slightly bend, and occasionally stutter, but nothing crazy. This was going to take some serious practice.
