Eva Perez sighed as the third candidate left the boardroom. Four hours and three interviews later, she was already exhausted. But like it or not, she had to pull through if she was going to get what she wanted. The right candidate for their new product line was out there somewhere, and hopefully, it wouldn’t be too long before she found them.
