Sophia POV
Tears threatened to fall from my eyes. “I never want to kiss him. I thought it was you!” I told him. Hoping that he could believe me. He closed his eyes as if he was holding himself from hurting me. “You went missing last night, Sophia. I’ve told you to stop drinking, but you won’t listen. I’ve been searching for you the whole night.” He stated. I tried to recall what happened last night, but the pain in my head isn’t helping much. “I need some aspirin, please,” I said as I message my temple. He heaved a sigh then walked towards his briefcase to grab some aspirin. “Take these and get a shower. We’re leaving today!” he declared in a final tone and then walked out, banging the door behind him.
