Jordan took the motorbike to take his sister home, it was his father's request that he personally accompanied his sister to return safely home. It was an arrangement that didn't sit well with Esmee, because once again she felt not only she's second to his work, she's also third to his family. She leaned on Adrian's arm as he walked her home. The sun was almost out of sight, the orange sky was slowly turning grey. It was true what Jordy had said, everyone had locked themselves in their homes earlier than usual. All the shops were closed and curtains down. It was just the two of them strolling along the empty streets. Esmee was too close to his chest, he was afraid that she might hear his heartbeat getting louder. He put his hands in his pockets just to get her to stop clinging on to him,
