STORM’S POV:
“You did what now?” Ravena shouted, her voice loud and piercing, but she didn’t seem to care. I slapped my palm over her mouth to shut her up, but she just shook me off and continued to speak. “You slept with the Alpha?”
“Shush, calm down,” I said, trying to soothe my best friend, turning towards the driver to see if he was listening, but he seemed to be focused on the road. I was glad he didn’t seem to care much about our conversation.
