Heat, that was all I felt now.
The pain I had once felt; Blinding and mind-numbing was still there but no longer as prominent and dominant as before.
I knew forcing my eyes open would cause another blinding pain to shoot into my eyes due to the intense sunlight, but I wanted to risk it. I tried to remember what happened next, but I could remember was the blinding pain.
