As Tony searched the files for a would-be criminal he could hang the charges on he suddenly stopped as the Computer found his man for him, an ex-seaman by the name of John Rowenski, a Polish born guy who at his trial it was said he was an expert with ropes, a guy who it seemed, like Tony, got off on strangling his victims with a hangman’s knot.
