He kneeled down on the floor.
Declan looked like he was halfway to losing his mind, staring at Xavier sitting down for someone something he had never done before.
Declan felt his power coiling in danger because in the empire he had built, Xavier was the strongest pillar. If he collapsed, everything would come crashing to the ground.
Now he was regretting his decision from the bottom of his heart, marrying him to Iris , thinking her nothing more than an innocent girl. There was one more reason for choosing only Iris. But it was a shadow of the past he wanted to burn.
He never thought in his wildest dreams that the innocent school teacher could make a crack in his stone.
That yesterday’s girl had made Xavier come to his knees for Declane it was nothing but just the start
