Tyler’s POV
“Vivian!” I called, exasperated. She spilled her drink all over Emily’s dress.
“Oops…” She feigned innocence, like it was an accident. But I knew too well it wasn't, and I was sure Emily did too.
Emily glanced down at her dress, her voice trembling just slightly. “Vivian… look what you’ve done,” she said, staring at the dark stain spreading across the dress.
Vivian just rolled her eyes. “Oh, I didn’t know,” she shrugged.
I clenched my teeth, forcing myself to stay calm. Not for Vivian, but for Emily. I reached out and took her hand gently. “Come on,” I said softly. “Let’s go to the bathroom and wash it off.”
