 Vivian's POV  “Why the hell are you here?” I hissed, my teeth clenched as I glared at Davis.  He stepped closer, his eyes dark. “You know too well why the hell I’m here.”  I opened my mouth to snap back, but my mother’s hand landed firmly on my shoulder. “Shhh,” she whispered, glancing toward the door. “Vivian. It’s really late. Keep your voice down. You don’t want attention.”  I groaned softly, running a hand through my hair. Everything was falling apart fast. That Emily witch was far smarter than I had ever given her credit for. She was too observant, too nosy and too damn inquisitive.
