Chapter 5 - Captured Breath William steps into the sunlight outside the library. It feels good to get away from the stuffy classroom for a soak in the sun. The mid-morning sky shines bright, clear. Walking past the building's corner, William leans his shoulder against a wall and faces the nearby market. Listening to the vendors’ shouts, birds take flight from the roof, causing a commotion overhead and it’s then he hears a noise behind.
