Chapter 15 - Little Knife
Abha fights two attackers further to Chizuko’s left. As she moves, her attacker’s staff spins, it’s in a narrow hold, leaning into a front stance. The attacker spins it again, attempting to strike her sword hand. But she whips her katana full circle, cutting his forward hand, which lets the staff go with a clatter and a half-scream. But all of it seems to no avail, as William witnesses two more men coming through the door with swords drawn.
“Sagareh!” Chizuko yells at the others. “Go back!” she repeats in English. Together, Abha and Chizuko form a shield of flashing swords as they push William, Pratima, and the others through the doorway into the kitchen. They quickly follow. “Barricade it!” Abha yells.
