As I drove down the road I made my way to the recruiters office. I would take at least 10 minutes to get there. Wich wasn't bad. But I also had to get gas. The nearest gas station was 5 minutes away. I thought to myself for minute or two if I wanted to get something to eat or not. I decided I'd get a coffee. But that was it. When I pulled into the parking lot. I parked at pump 3 and went inside. I paid 20 bucks for gas and 1.50 for a coffee. I went outside and started to pump the gas into my truck. While I waited for the pump to automatically stop. A police officer pulled in right behind me. I kept my eyes on the screen of the pump. He got out of his car and began to pump his own gas. He looked at me and asked me what I was doing today. I simply told him that I was enlisting in the Army. He smiled and congratulated me and walked inside. I Hopped in my truck and started the engine and began to pull out of the parking lot. I was on the road again and on my way to the recruiters office. A smile flew across my face. I was excited as I neared closer and closer. I could see the office. as I began to slow down and turn into the parking lot of the office. I seen 2 other vehicles there. As I wondered who they where I had to stay focused. I parked the truck and turned the engine off. I opened the door and stepped out of the truck. I shut the door and stepped on the sidewalk...
