Amara’s POV.
It was our wedding night, and I couldn’t believe I was married to the strongest and most powerful werewolf in our pack. I wore a beautiful red dress that showed off my figure, and Damien led me to a table where we had a delicious meal.
After dinner, he took me to the balcony where we enjoyed the starry night. We danced together and he held me close. I could feel the steady beat of his heart beneath my ear as I rested my head on his chest, and for a time, nothing else existed but the two of us.
When we went back inside, he surprised me with a romantic bedroom filled with candles and flowers. The effort and thought he put into this evening left me feeling swept off my feet. I knew this night would be unforgettable.
Damien turned to me. “I’m going to freshen up,” he said.
