Amara’s POV.
After the shocking revelation yesterday, to say the least, I discovered that the cousin I was annoyed with happened to be Natasha. Unfortunately for Aunt Minerva, her daughter turned out to be quite a handful. She was nothing like her mother. Who could have imagined that Natasha was half-wolf and half-witch? I never would have guessed.
In the aftermath, when Damien and I returned to the living room, she was nowhere to be found. Even Aunt Minerva seemed puzzled by her daughter’s sudden disappearance. She even apologized to us for Natasha’s impatience and assumed she had left on her own without waiting for her mother.
To claim that I wasn’t bothered by Natasha’s actions yesterday would make me a hypocrite. I must admit, it did bother me. It wasn’t a fear of losing Damien to h
