My head dropped and my fists clenched after hearing everything Damien had said. I could feel the weight of my frustration.
So, that was his plan.
“I can’t believe Ryder would betray us like this,” he grumbled in disappointment.
“Damien, please calm down. I understand the way you feel. I know it’s hard, but we’ll get her back,” I tried to console him.
