Liam We parked the car at the edge of a wooded area. I looked around and it seemed like there wasn't anything in sight for miles. We are still on neutral land, this isn't another pack's territory. If it was, Blaze would have been able to pick up on it. Samuel opened his door to get out, so instinctively I followed his lead. As I shut my door, I met Samuel's gaze over the hood of the car. "It isn't too far of a walk from here, but the car won't make it down the broken path. By foot is our only option." He nodded in the direction of a small beaten-up path that I hadn't noticed before. As we begin our walk, I try to notice different markings for when it's time to leave. The last thing I need is to escape this place and get lost. Especially if my life depends on it.
