Jane applied some lotion to her face. When she was done, she got up to take her phone from her bag and carefully laid down on the far left side of the bed.
The bed was really big. Alex was lying right in the middle, and when Jane got on there was still enough space between them that she couldn’t touch his body..
Jane pulled the quilt over herself and took out her phone with her back to Alex. As soon as she opened it, she received a text from an unknown number:
