It’s been three days since Sawyer had walked out of the Cardinal mansion, it’s been three days since the Don had made the proposal to Sawyer, he had gone over the offer over and over and now he had an answer for the Don.
He wiped his sweaty palm on his pants before he rang the bell.
Within minutes the door was opened and the housekeeper who had quickly recognised Sawyer smiled at him as she ushered him in.
“I’m here to see the Don,” he said as soon as he got in.
“I will inform Don about your arrival,'' the housekeeper said and went towards the study room where Don was to inform him about Sawyer’s arrival.
