The drink arrived at the room and they continued to drink in silence until Sawyer broke it.
"I once had a girlfriend," he blurted.
"Huh?" Sofia asked, confused.
"I had a fiancee and then I didn't," he added.
"What happened?" She asked, interested in the conversation at least Sawyer was opening up to her, he was telling her something more about him.
"She prefers my brother over me, the loser" he said with a shrug and walked towards the bottle of drink and downed more.
Sofia walked towards him, she placed her hands on his shoulder and then brought his chin forward towards her.
Sawyer's face was so close to her that she could feel his breath fanning her cheeks.
