Like clockwork every night at seven p.m., the guards make their rounds, visually checking each cell to make sure there is no foul play. Tier one isn't so bad. A few locals may check themselves into the Asylum when they need a place to regroup or hide from society. Tier two is for the criminals that went too far. They deserve to be here with no special treatments or visits. Tier three, they are the worst. The Asylum reserves this for the world's most feared. Mutants created by the hands of humans, and although they deny it, their projects went terribly wrong.
