I told Violet to go into the kitchen without me. I lied when I told her that I needed to talk to my father. Rory had texted me letting me know that she had found something.
As soon as I was far enough down the hall, I called Rory.
"Hey," she answered.
"Well, what did you find?" I asked, impatiently.
"I'm not sure yet. I'm going to check it out right now." She said.
"What?" I asked. "What does that mean?"
"Well, I searched the house as best as I could, but then I started thinking... Why would she keep it close enough for one of us to get our hands on one day? If she even kept them-"
"And?" I cut Rory off as my impatience grew.
"And," Rory replied dramatically. "I found something. A place."
