After leaving Kelly and Carol, Hardy picked up the results from the Post Mortem on Jack and took them back to the station with him to show to Pamela and the rest of the team.
When he arrived, he found Pamela in the middle of a briefing, Hardy could hear the sound of her voice from halfway down the corridor and it was obvious from the tone of her voice as well as the volume, that she was not best pleased with the progress of the investigation to date.
