The day finally ended, Louis who now is my new boss seems hard to work with, and i need the job to survive cant keep surviving off Grace for the rest of my life. i thought as i headed home

Hey you.. are you done with all the work? Grace asked.

yah am done and tired, is food ready? i asked. Almost just give me twenty minutes, she replied. OK then that gives me time to pick up an outfit and freshen up.

Pick up an outfit? i thought you already have your power outfit sorted out, Grace said. Well louis my boss said as i quote " i hate you outfit, you look more of a boss than i do" end of quotation, he has the Audacity to tell me that on my first day as his assistant, i complained. Come on Allie, he just felt a little insecure, i mean he hasn't changed much, and plus you were all about him back in school.

Point of correction i was blind back then couldn't see clearly and made a lot of wrong choices, and who cares about his insecurities, Mark treated me better.

Now that i think about it Yah he did, your ex boss literally spoiled you, maybe he likes you, she teased. i never complained, and i don't think he likes me, he just pity me, i replied.

Food is ready are you done choosing your clothes ?

Yah i guess am done ... lets eat.

And are you going to make it for meeting at six thirty? , do you want me to drop you off? am asking because your morning pills are done.Grace asked

Yah that's because i stopped using them all thanks to Mark, but yes you need to drop me off as long as we make it before six twenty, i said while stuffing my face with food.
