It’s crazy to think that in three days I will be marrying Axel. After leaving Hawaii I never thought I would actually see him again. Now here I am almost three years later being forced to marry him.

Today is my bachelorette party. Since I’m not 21 Axel’s mom Ana thought it be nice to have a day with all the girls.

“ Belle are you almost ready? Everyone should be arriving soon.”

“ Yes Ana. I’ll be right out.”

Ana, Zoe, Jess and Paige have all organized this party. After I put Leilani down for her nap Paige tells me to put on this white satin pajama set that has bride written on the back in rose gold letters. I didn’t ask Paige any questions I just took a shower and put on the pajamas.

I do my hair and head downstairs. When I get to the living room I see that they all have the same pajamas on as I do except theirs are light pink.

“ Did you get pajamas for everyone coming?”

“ Yeah and they all say something different on the back. Mine says maid of honor and mom’s says mother of the bride.”

“ Mine says matron of honor and mom’s says mother of the groom.”

“ That’s so cute.”

Ten minutes later the door bell rings and Lydia goes to open the door.

“ I’m here b**ches.”

Before she even made it to the living room I knew exactly who that was. Mia has always been the loud one of our friend group.

Mia walks into the living room and we immediately hug each other. I was about to introduce Mia to everyone when Ana stopped me.

“ We will wait till everyone gets here to make introductions so you don’t have to do it multiple times.” Ana says

Paige walks over to me and Mia and hands Mia a set of pajamas. Then Zoe walks over to show her where the bathroom is so she can change. As they are walking away my phone alarm goes off.

“ I’ll be right back I’m going to go wake Leilani up.”

“ Okay dear and here are Leilani’s pajamas.”Ana says

“I’ll go wake Fay up too.” Zoe says as she walks back into the living room.

Once upstairs I walk to Leilani’s room and open her door. I rub her back to wake her up then I put her pajamas. Her pajamas are pink and on the back it says flower girl. I come her hair and we head downstairs.

When I walk into the living room with Leilani on my hip I notice two things. First thing is my grandma and little sister are standing in my living room with my auntie and two cousins. Second thing is I was crying.

“ Oh Isabelle she’s beautiful.” My grandma says

“ Thanks.” I say as I go to give her a hug.

After everyone is changed into their pajamas everyone begins to introduce themselves.

“ I’ll go first. Hi everyone my name is Ana and I’m Axel’s mother.”

“ Hi everyone my name is Gloria and I’m Isabelle’s grandma.”

“ Hi everyone I’m Zoe and I’m Axel’s sister. And this is my daughter Fay.”

The introductions just keep on going until it was mine and Leilani’s turn.

“ Hello everyone I’m Isabelle and this is Axel and I’s daughter Leilani.”

“ Now that we made our introductions the next thing we are gong to do is get our nails done. And those that are waiting to get their nails done will be getting a massage.” As Paige was talking a bunch of people walk in and start setting up their stations.

Leilani gets her nails painted as she sits in my lap. They paint her nails a glittery pink. When there done with her nails. I get my nails painted white with a few Jewel’s on my ring fingers.

Once everyone has had their nails done and a massage the nail techs and the masseuses pack up and leave. Ana says she had a few games for us to play.

“ Dinners ready.” Lydia says.

We all walk into the dining room and sit down. During dinner I got to tell my family about everything new in my life and how I’m excited to start school.

Dinner was honestly great despite my grandma telling me my grandpa didn’t cone because he is sick. We leave the dining room and head to the family room. Once in the living room everyone is talking to each other and getting to know each other better.

I decide to look at time and it is almost 8:30pm. Even though the party is for me I need to go and put Leilani to sleep. I get up from the couch with Leilani in my arms.

“ Everyone I will be right back after I’m done putting Leilani to bed.”

“ It’s okay I can do it.” I hear Axel’s voice say from behind me.

“ Daddy.” Leilani says as she wiggles out of my arms and into Axel’s.

“ Hi Princess.”

“ Oh Axel, that would be wonderful.” Ana says.

“ Kiss mommy goodnight.” Axel says as he bends Leilani down to kiss me.

“ Night princess.” I say and Axel heads upstairs with Leilani.

“ I’m just going to say it. Your soon to be husband is hot.” Mia says

Everyone in the room erupts with laughter and we start watching the movie bridal wars.

30 minutes later Axel walks back in the living room and asks to talk to me. I follow him into the foyer.

“ It took her no time to fall asleep.”

“ That’s great. Where are you and the guys headed to?”

“ To my parents house.

“ oh. Well I’ll see you tomorrow.” When I was getting ready to turn around Axel pulls me toward him. I grab onto his muscular arms to steady myself. Axel moves his head down kisses me.

I didn’t want to give in but the moment I felt his soft lips against mine it’s like everything disappeared. I went up on my tippy toes while Axel’s hands move from my waist to my a**.

“ ahem”I hear someone clearing their throat from behind me.

I was the first to pull away from our kiss. Axel bends down and whispers “ Four more days.” He lifts his head and gives my a** one more squeeze before he lets go of me.

“ Bye everyone.”

When Axel leaves Mia says “ Like y’all are very cute together. Your short and he’s tall. You have dark hair he doesn’t. Like I see why Leilani is so cute. She has fine a** parents. But I know I’m not the only one curious on how y’all met.”

“ I would love to hear the story.” My grandma says

“ Does everyone want to know.” I look around to see everyone nodding their head.

“ Okay let’s move to the family room first then I will explain everything.”

Once we make it to the living room everyone takes a seat.

“ For my graduation trip my friends and I decided to go to Hawaii. One day on the beach the girls and I were playing volleyball when I went to get the ball my friend hit over the net, I ran into Axel. He caught me around my waist before I fell backwards. I then looked up into his eyes and I was a goner. Axel asked me if I was okay and all I did was nod my head. He let go of me and I went back to playing the volleyball with my friends. Later on as we were walking back to our Airbnb that was located on the beach I notice that Axel was heading in the same direction as me. Axel turned to me and said are you following me and I said no my Airbnb is right here and he said His was just one house down. As we were walking back to our houses I asked Axel how old he was and he told me he was twenty and I lied and said I was eighteen when I was really seventeen. The next day there was a knock on the door and my friend went to open it and their Axel was standing outside the house. He asked me if I wanted to go out to eat and I of course said yes. So that whole summer we spent switching between each other’s houses since we were right by one another. And that’s how we met.”

“ That’s it.” Mia says

“ Yep. Nothing too special happened.” There was a lot more that happened. I’m just not read to share it with everyone. I’m not ready to admit that I was in love with him but now I’m just confused.

“ it’s almost 10:30 and we haven’t opened the bridal presents. We wanted to wait till the kids were put to sleep.” Zoe says

“ What gifts?” I ask

“ We all decide to get you something for your wedding.” Ana says

Paige brings me all the gifts. Mia, Paige and Zoe all bought me lingerie. Which was not necessary since I was not going to need it.

“ This is my gift to you. Your great great grandma gave this to your great grandma on her wedding day and then she gave it to me on my wedding day. Now I’m giving it to you on your wedding day. This will be your something old.”

My grandma handed me a velvet jewelry box. I open it to see a beautiful pair of pearl earrings.

I open the rest of everyone’s gifts and then we all get ready for bed. Tomorrow is Axel’s and I wedding rehearsal and dinner. I’m happy yet sad. I’m happy that my wedding brought some of my family back into my life but I’m sad because I’m marrying someone who doesn’t love me.
