Zachary's POV
I was outside the academy on the training side. I couldn't sit near Eveline for too long, especially when she is anxious...Instead, I am beating up the beating-bag.
I needed to let out the steam and this is the best way to do it.
"Maybe it's enough from this poor bag" s**t, I know this voice.
"What a heck you are doing here?" I asked, not even turning around to him.
"Rude but it's okay. I came to see how are you"
"You are joking right?" I asked, and this time I was shocked that I even turned to see his face.
He rolled his eyes and approach me, "You don't know me, Zach"
"Um, no, only because I know you, Eric, I am saying this," I said in a 'duh' tone, then he called me with his hands to fight.
I made the first move, I wanted to knock him down but he leaned back.
"Argh!" And I barely fell on the ground.
"True, though, but I can care, Zach," he said while walking around me. I tried to do a different technique with his knees to knock him off on the ground but it's like he knows every my move!
"F**k!" I cursed after he gripped my arms and locked my arm with his legs.
"Giving up already?" he said, and I swear I couldn't see his face but I knew he was smirking like a Cheshire cat.
"No!" I shouted and his grip on my hand tightened making me scream, "AAH! GIVING UP! GIVING UP!" and then he left my arm which was hurting very much...
"Argh!" I stretched my arm scrunching my nose, while Eric was smirking and chuckling...bastard.
"You know that I am the best student in the academy, don't you ever try to win" he chuckled and laid back on the grass crossing his arms behind his head.
"So?" he questioned with closed eyes.
"What?" I played dumb.
"Oh come on! I am asking about Eveline, how is she?" he asked standing up on his elbow.
"Why don't you just go and visit her?" I asked annoyed.
He rolled his eyes and said, "First of all, I am not her boyfriend, second, why should I if you can just tell me!"
"I am not her boyfriend..." I murmured.
"Uhuh, I rather believe that dinosaurs still exist" he snorted.
"No, I am serious, she is not into me, Alex and she got very close since the ball" I made a thin line from my lips.
"Well, yeah, his highness, is too precious," he said and I rolled my eyes.
"You are not helping," I said.
"But..." he said with a smug look, "You are here...conscious...with her and I think it is a big point," he said looking confused.
I ruffled my hair and said, "I don't know if it's right..."
"Of course it's right! You stupid ass!" Eric exclaimed making me laugh.
"Why are you laughing!?" he asked furrowing his eyebrows.
"huh, never thought I would talk about my relationship with you"
"Well, sugar-pie, I am a good matchmaker" he winked at me and this was it for me to laugh hysterically.
"I wasn't complimenting you!" I exclaimed and Eric's expression changed.
"Oh...too bad then" he shrugged.
We both laughed but then one of the servants called us.
"Mister Shaw, Mister White, Eveline is awake! Mister and Miss Damaris called for you"
We didn't even let the servant finish, both of us run towards the hospital.

Eveline's POV
"ah..." I barely opened my eyes and looked at the surroundings.
"Hello, my name is Doctor Vennie" dark-haired woman came towards me.
"How are you doing?" she asked.
"honestly, feeling like s**t"
"Yes, you went through so much pain"
"Where are my friends?" when I asked this, Theo and Maeve stormed into the room all sweaty and worried.
"oh god! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Oh god, I was so worried, Evie!" Maeve jumped on the bed and hugged me.
"I am glad to see you.." I said with a rusty voice.
"Hey princess, how are you feeling?" Theo approached me and touched my shoulder.
"I was better..." I tried to jock and chuckle but it was painful as hell, instead of chuckling I cough.
"God!" Maeve looked at me pitifully and in that second Zachary and Eric entered the room.
"Eveline! You are awake!" Zachary ran to me and held my hand, while Eric just nodded to me.
"Is everything's fine?" asked the icy blue-eyed guy.
"I am feeling weird..." I said the truth.
Everyone turned their worried faces to me.
"What do you mean?" asked Eric.
"I...I saw...I..." I tried to puzzle everything but couldn't.
"Okay guys, you should be going now. She is too weak, she needs to relax" said the Doctor, and everyone went outside, except for Eric.
I looked at him questionably.
"We will come back. You rest" he said before walking away.
What was that?

Zachary's POV
It's such a relief that Eveline is awake now. God, it was like I was carrying the whole world on my shoulders.
"Zach!" Eric called for me from behind.
"huh?"
"Uh...um, I wanted to visit Alex, can you keep me a company," he asked and I could see how it was awkward.
"Sure"
We both went to Alex's room and when we entered the room we felt someone's aura.
I looked at Eric who was with a suspicious look on his face and we both ran inside the room.
We searched everywhere except the bed and then we saw how someone in a black hoodie jumped from the window and ran to the forest.
"Who was it?" asked Eric.
"I have no f**king idea..."
