Max's P.O.V.
I woke up again and laid in my bed. I smelled an unfamiliar scent and my back hurt like hell. I got up to a sitting position and looked around to find someone sleeping on the floor next to my bed. It was Luca. I felt that the wounds had closed and I decided to change. I walked towards my closet and took out a black shirt and pulled it over my head. I flinched when I pulled it over my wounds but once it settled down, the wounds felt less vulnerable. I walked towards Luca, who was still sleeping and decided not to disturb him. I got back into bed and laid on my back. It hurt badly in the beginning but it slowly faded as I continued to lay completely still. I thought about what Luca had asked me. 'What happened?'
